Positive thinking is what all people who have had great success use in order to create their own destiny. Thinking positive allows you to see the world differently and attack any obstacle with fearless confidence. Allowing yourself to think in terms of positive results. Thus taking off a lot of unnecessary pressure and anxiety off your mind. Its keeps you calm, relaxed and feeling great.

2 Ways to Enhance Persistance






We all wish we were more persistence in our activities. We all wish that our word will ultimately become our bond. Sadly, it's not the case. The lack of persistence is the direct reason why failure is the prominent result of people who pursue their desire. This seemingly new trend of working half ass towards a goal seems to be the new popular rave this generation. People make decision to attain a certain figure, an increased income or a new car. Yet, the result show nothing but the same old habits that lead people to failure. Why is that? Why do people set new yearly goals, but never achieve them. Every year, the same cliche is made " What is your new year resolution"? Have you made your new resolution yet? Millions of people dedicate time to write down what they wish to accomplish but when the year s up, nothing is achieved. Nothing is improved. Nothing is overcome.
This obvious mental maze of saying one thing, but doing the next has become a common state of mind for millions.

Will Power

A way to enhance persistence is having the mental will power to put action behind words. Its being able to wake up early in the morning ,to shed 50 lbs off your body in order to have the body you know you truly deserve. Will power means staying up late, and completing your task for the day so you can sleep easily. Having will power ultimately means, being able to summon strength from within to tackle any obstacle or challenge.
Developing will power is essentially taken from having self discipline, delaying gratification and thinking in terms of how to think positive.
Will power is like a seed within your mind. As you nourish it with confidence, love, knowledge,
desire, persistence, positive thoughts and perseverance. The seed will grow start to grow into a plant. With consistency this plant can grow into a strong tree, which stands 50 feet in the air above local homes down the road.
Doing what you have to do, in order to get the results you want is the 1st key to persistence. Making yourself self - accountable for the results you intend to create is a dominant factor in enhancing your persistence. Don't look to blame anyone but yourself in taking responsibility to keep working towards your goal. Here is a great tip. Take responsibility for your result. Many people look to blame outside circumstance to excuse their blemishes. You need to take full responsibly for your action and work to wards your goal with persistence and self- accountability.


Association

Those who we associate with tend to be a reflection of who are truly are and what we believe. Most people hang around only with people of like minded views. Its our nature. We seek people with similarities and stick with them. Now i want you to ask yourself this question. Are the people i am hanging around with suitable to help me as I start becoming more serious about achieving my goals? Will my friends support me positively as i develop more persistence? If you have negative answers to these questions, then i suggest making some new positive friends. I say this not to be rude, but to help you out. With negative friends, they tend to pull us down instead of helping us reach for the sky. Negative friends will usually distract us, tell us to forget about it, tell us to meet them at the mall instead of working to towards our goal.................Do you see where i am going this?

On the other hand, positive friend will encourage you to push your self to the limit, tell you to stay home and work on your goal, even come by and assist you with you assignment, they enhance your success instead of squashing your tasks with verbal distractions. You have to share your go up goals with just a few people. Most people never want to see anyone succeed, so you must be cautious to who you share your goals with. So, pick a positive friend and start to make thing's happen. Everything start with you.

What is the meaning of false?My definition of false embodies: a delusion of an imaginary reality conceived by the mind in order to stop an individual from discovering his or her true self. This false perception of reality, keeps people from untapping their inner most talents. Inevitably disallowing them get more out of life. Incredibly, the false perception of possible circumstances that will not occur keeps people from evolving their minds. This image is created by worries and fictitious possible outcomes that lock the door to the mind. Harvesting people who only see themselves as less capable of completing certain tasks or activities.

Evidence
The evidence in Fear stands for the ketchup stains that appear to look like blood in the mind of adults. This evidence appears so real in the minds of countless human beings that the thought of conquering their fears keep them living in tight quarter of consciousness. Instead of flying through life as an eagle on a bright Sunday morning just before breakfast. Unfortunately, most adults live their lives believing that the toy guns and shiny plastic sheriff badges have authority in the real world. This mental slavery is deeply rooted within the minds of the majority of the population. As you can see most people hate there jobs, frown upon taking risk and see over achieving as a doing too much. It's no wonder why we live in a society were being successful means corruption or wealth is perceived as greed. Do you think wealth is greed? I don't. I success as calculated risks that paid off....How about you? Well non the less, this decaying state of mind has crippled the masses into seeing themselves as less adequate and low in self concept. This false evidence controls the thoughts, opinions and beliefs of millions of individuals causing life to be seen as a never ending traffic jam instead of a uphill climb.


Appearing
The false appearance of the being faced against an insurmountable obstacle holds adults back mostly all of their lives. With out a sense of courage or bravery, people chose to live struggling day to day with no hope in site. We have created a generation of hopeless individuals who think in terms of negativity and mediocity. No one every encourages one another to fight for there dreams, despite the obstacles ahead. People tend to brush situations off, in place of pursing a desire they truly know they can succeed from their involvment. Words such as responsibility, focus, consistency and how the mind works cause people to keep their eyes open for Fredi Kruger or The Candy Man. Wondering around life feeling deeply empty because they have no purpose in life.


Real
The reality which keeps people in a mental prison holds back society from being evolving into its finest stages. The perception of an obstacle may seem insurmountable to the naked eye. Yet, as you look deep down the rabbit hole, one will find that fear isn't what it appears to be.
F. E. A. R is a mental cancer that kills the minds of million of people. It keeps you from going to night school to get your degree, or taking on the new special project that you know you can do well in or tackling a new business opportunity that can help you achieve your dreams. Fear can stop you from learning how to think positive. This destructive state of mind is problem focused in stead of being solution oriented. If you find yourself living in fear, be consciously aware that Fear Is Not REAL. Rise above it and conquer those thoughts. You can Do it!


What steps can I take?

The process of getting rid of fear maybe a mental roller coaster in the beginning. Having a state of mind focused on results and progression is a must. Consistency , persistence and a deep desire to conquer these psychological blocks will help you reign supreme over your fears faster. The more you want to succeed, the more will power you will have to attain this goal. The more you do what you fear most, the more you see the fear as insignificance.



1. What Are You Afraid Of?
Narrow down what causes you to feel anxiety and mental distress. Ask yourself "What is the worst possible scenario? Am I ready to take my live to the next level? Why is fear holding me back? What daily step can I take to conquer this fear? Its good start to ask yourself these question, because you have to analyze what you are afraid of and why you feel held back. Plus, ask yourself how can conquering this fear benefit me in the long run.



2.
Positive Encouragement
Make sure to mentally psyche yourself before up before you take on this task. Consciously realize, fear is just an illusion and no one puts a limit on your capabilities expect for you. If you feel that you can do it, then you can. If you believe you can't than you are equally as right. So put your best foot forward and think in terms of a positive outcome with a better you attached. Attack the fear with a sense of unshakable confidence as you step up again Goliath. Understand that if someone else has conquered their fear in your department, you can do the same. The only difference is that they had the courage to do so.

Remember to always work on bettering yourself. With daily progression, we tend to become more capable than someone who doesn't push themselves to see how much they can achieve.
So start By setting up daily goals, that will move you closer to conquering you fears.

What Defines Success?


Do you want to be successful? What a stupid question, ponders in my conscious mind as I type this article. Of course you want to be successful. Being Successful is just a bi-product of work hard towards your goals. Everyone has their own definition of what success really is. Some of you may define success as the ability to travel anywhere in the world. Just being able to pick up and leave within a blink of an eye, with out checking your credit card balance. While others want to live the lavish life of flashing lights and 1 am club appearances. We all have our definition of success. No definition is more potent than the other. It is just a perspective from the mind of an individual who is thinking. So I ask you what is your definition of success? Have you even considered your self as successful? Do you think you have what it takes to reach your dreams?

Oh, of course not......

Is that the thought you hear in your mind, as you read my words. Possibly? I truly hope I'm mistaken because deep within your human brain you have the ability to achieve any goal you set your mind upon. This may be the first time you have hear this , but the fact is that success is a formula. It's simply proven steps that you take in order to get a result, similar to anything.

Here is the formula to success:" Don't tell anyone I told you"

1. Desire

List all the reason why you want to become successful. The more reason you have, to greater the motivation you receive. The more motivated you are, the harder you will work in order to achieve your goal.

2. Positive Mind


Develop a positive mind by thinking positive thought continuously for 10-20 days. You can use affirmations, self talk, audio tapes, self recording etc, to achieve this state of mind. Once you have a positive mental attitude, you tend to see the glass as half full instead of half empty. Learn how to think positive for massive success.

3.
Plan

Create a blueprint on how you will achieve your goal. Write out every detail, as if you were going to build a house. Make sure you continuously fix and update your plan as opportunities start to arise and when things don't always go your way.

4.
Action

A thought with out action is a delusion. So you must take action in order for your plan to work. By taking action, it reinforces your beliefs in becoming a success. Do any and everything you can think of, which can bring you one step closer to achieving your goal.

5.
Visualize

See your self in your mind with your goals already attained. This will bring your goals closer to you and you closer to your goals. Continue to replay this mental picture on the screen of your mind and it will soon become a reality.

6.
Diligence

Its true that successful people start earlier and work later. All successful people work HARD
HARD HARD. Incredibly, you have to work for the dream you want to attain. Its going to take work, but with focus and consistency, it will pay off big time in the end.

7.
Perseverance

Don't you ever think about quitting or giving up. This phrase will help you stay focused and keep your eye on your dreams

This Quote may be a little outdated, but the meaning is still very powerful. If you want to attain your dream, you a must make a solemn oath to never ever quit. I'm not going to lie! There are going to be rough times, you may possibly go broke a few times and even get very stressed out. But in the end if you stay focused on the positive, following these steps and make every day a successful day, though goal completion. You will come out a diamond that has been forged though heat.

Why Follow these steps?

There is no way , you can develop these elements and fail. This is specifically what it takes to be successful. It my seem a lot at first. But when the "Why Is Big enough The How Doesn't Matter". Which means if you have a deep desire to become successful, the process needed to achieve your goal becomes elementary. So the more reasons you establish,
in your mind as to why you want to be successful, suddenly the activities to achieve this dream become like 5Th grade algebra.
Becoming a success isn't an overnight delivery from FedEx or Ups. It's a step by step process, which takes time. It's a transformation from seeing life from an employees perspective to an multi-millionaire's iris. But as you take bit size steps into this metamorphosis, I will soon reveal itself in your mind as the right path to take.

It May Be Your Last Day....



I know the stress of the day may make you mad and upset. But you must except the world for what it is and rise above it. People are lazy, aggressive, egotistically, tardy, rude and amongst many other things. But don't let things such as this get you down or drain you mentally. Live this day as if it were your last day on plane earth. Tell your spouse you love them, take you kids our
to an amusement park " don't tell them", watch your favorite flim, keep that attitude positive by all means. Life is just too good to be down and out. enjoy every moment, becuase life s a miracle and just appreciating it can show you how to think positive Just like you, I have a family also, and I sometimes forget to make every moment count. I sometimes get so swamped with work , forget the important people in my life.

Its truly is a fact that we never really truly realize how precious someone is until they are gone. It's a sad fact that I and maybe you, have found this out the hard way.
So i just want to make to post to remind you guys that life is a miracle. And we should live every day like its our last.

Everyone wants to be confident. Everyone want to walk down to street and approach people with such a demeanor that will cause the earth to shake. But some people can't even muster up the confidence to ask for a raise. Why is this? Well it's deeper than just the 2nd grade girl who didn't give you a valentine card or being turned down from the popular guy, for asking him to the prom. It stems from being continuously shown and told that you aren't brave enough, courageous enough or have the balls to do certain things. It could of been the pressure or the lack of desire to achieve our objective. So if you want to become confident here is a 3 quick tips

1. Action
You can only gain confidence by taking action. You have to take action, walk and talk like a person of confidence, even if you don't have the characteristics as yet. The more you act like something your not initially, the more you become it.

So start to talking to random people where ever you go. Don't worry about what your going to say, just do it. Talk about the horrible weather, the bad economy or even ask someone for the time. 2. Think Before You Act
Before you go out, talking to random people and making a bunch of friends. You must first see yourself in your mind as a person who is confident and in control. Here is the key. Everyone on this planet acts in accordance with their self concept. So since this is true and in order for us to become better than, we are currently. We must raise our self concept. Now how do we do this? well it's simple. Close your eyes, relax and see your self in your ideal situation as calm and confident. Do this as much times as possible in a day. Once you step out of the door and start introducing yourself to people. You will act just like the confident image you displayed across your mind.


3. Belief
Believe that you can achieve this goal of having confidence is essential part to success. You have to start believing that you can be confident. Realize that if anyone on this planet can obtain confidence , so can you. Everyone is the same on the inside. Everyone is burning for more self esteem and a feeling to be liked. So, one way to shatter your old belief and start believing that you can be confident is to question why you aren't confident. Talk to yourself and interrogate your mind and find out why aren't you confident. Once you start to question a belief , you slowly but surely start disbelieving what you once that was true. Belief creates the realization for each and everyone of us. We act in relation to our belief. Once you change what you believe you act different. Start believing your confident, and you will start acting confident. Belief allow you to understand how to think positive.

What are goals?

A lot of people may be confused to how goals have of any significant importance in our life. Human's wonder, why it is necessary to have goals in order to succeed. Well to put it bluntly. People with goals succeed in life because they know where they are going. Goal are used to keep the human being continuously progressing toward some thing worthy. An objective that makes one stretch the comfort zone in order to reach there dream. With out goals, an individual tends to waste his or her life, feeling empty inside. Completely inadequate and lives under his or her potential.

Here an Example:
Now think of a ship leaving a harbor and think of it with the complete voyage mapped out and planned. The captain and crew knows exactly where it's going and how long it will take. It has definite goal. Now 99,999 out of 10,000 times it will get to its destination. Now picture another ship just like the first, but lets not put a crew on it or a captin at the helm. Lets give it no aiming point . With no goal and destination. I think you will agree with me that if it gets out the harbor at all it will either sink or wind up on some deserted beach. This is the same with a human being. If we have no goal or destination for our future, we tend we drift off and wonder. We become wandering generalities instead on meaningful specifics. Goals are used to build confidence, provide self- assurance, install perseverance, how to think positive, and build character. Goals are everything we need to become the person , we wish the become.

Goals help

Goals are basically your personal blueprints on how you want to live your life. It's a map of the tasks that you have to complete in order to attain your desired objective. So if you want to obtain a brand new stereo system. Write out daily activities you can do in order to achieve this goal. Its may be working extra hours at your job, or even starting a side business doing something your interested in and maybe even love. But if your dream is bigger " i hope so". You may have goals that deals with being the tops sales man in the country. And if this is your objective, write down at least 6 things a day that will lead you to this in the long goal. Remember to put a date on the completion of you long term goals. By putting a deadline on your end result, your mind will act like a homing mechanism to make sure everything happens in order for you the achieve this goal.

You must carry with your self a era of confidence and cockiness that you have already achieved this goal. You must believe that everything is happening righ now, in order for you to reach this goal. Have no doubt in your mind that you cannot achieve this goal. Expect everything to fall into place in order for you to achieve this dream of yours. Dream Big







Dream Big


If your going to use your mind to dream, why not big? Its a proven fact that it takes the same amount of energy to think small as it does to think big. So since this is a fact, why don't you think BIG? t take the same amount of energy right? Why not have dreams as high as the sky? Why not think about being so happy doing something you love,that it becomes hard to fall asleep. Let me tell you why you should dream big. Your days on this planet are numbered. No one lives forever, and none of use really know what's on the other side. Unless you have already been to heaven........

Remember you are the instrument for change in your life. You have a human brain that is smarter than any computer on this planet. I ask you again; Why not dream Big. Will it be easy?
Not likely. Will it be worth all the sweat, tears and work ahead of you? Of course. Dream big by developing an understand on how to think positive.

If you were to ask anyone who is currently successful, if their risk was worth the reward. I don't think you will find someone who, says it wasn't. Successful people know that the lifestyle they have now is a manifestation of there perseverance, persistence, determination, overcoming fears and dreaming big. The fact that you can see your dream in you mind, means that you can attain it. It can be your reality, the only one stopping your dream from coming true is you.
If you aren't sure what steps to takes Here s a few tips to get you going.

1. Burning Desire
Pretend your a kid again and start to dream. Remember when you were a kid and you had the dream to become the greatest firefighter that ever lived. Yes you do! Now channel that same imagination toward your current dream. Whether it's to find your dream husband or attain a new car. Close your eyes daily and visualize yourself attaining your goal. Let that spark of fulfillment drive you toward accomplishing those goals, that will lead you toward success.

2. Make Daily Steps
Now you cannot have a dream without daily goals. Goals are used to stretch us out of our comfort zone completely. " If you feel comfortable, your failing", The key to attaining your big dream is to have enough courage to take daily step in reaching those goals. Everyday you have to make a conscious decision to compete your list of goals for the day, that will inevitable lead to success. You must attack your goal with confidence that you will succeed at completing them.
Make sure you right your to do list the night before , so your mind can organize those goals in the right fashion, so you can make the best out of your day. As you complete your goals for the day, cross off the completed goal and move on to the next one. This will cause you to feel a sense of accomplishment and importance. Continue your day with the intent to complete all your goals and make the day as successful as you can. Only think about what you can do now. Now is the only thing of total importance.

News Kills The Mind

What is News?

A reason to see the world as a negative place, where everyone is either a stereotype, a criminal or a politician looking for more money for his campaign. News is just another one of the many channels on television that is edited and programmed to get a few messages across to the whole human race. Life is hard, The world is a scary place, Don't try to be yourself, You have to look like this, and act that. These are the messages I get when I watch television...How about you? I have yet to see the top story on the news that start with

" Breaking News: A teenager just graduated from High school with a full ride to Yale University". Or "The pro - peace movement is really changing the world's consciousness about War" Now back to you chuck!

Maybe I never will live to see this day? It's safe to say that the world is creating mental cancer for those religious viewers who work a 9-5 and sit on the couch complaining about their failure. But yet find time to watch t.v for 4 hours a night? what do you think? I will let you decide. But the reason I bring up this topic of news its relation to it's hazardous effects on how to think positive.

Stop Watching News

Your mind is like a computer. What every you upload into your mind and believe, has an effect on who you are, and how you see the world. If you watch t.v each and every day you are basically giving television news reporters full control of your thinking. Thus, causing you to subconsciously believe anything they say. Whether it's racial information, corruption, the down hill economy or celebrity gossip. By watching news, you allow this information to change how you think. Plain and simple!
News , brain washes people into believing a false reality of how life is. I'm not saying news is giving false information, but I'm saying they purposely show stories of a negative persuasion to effect your mind.

Start Watching Positive Videos

Instead of going home and watching the news , which just make you depressed. How about going on the internet and watching videos that will put a smile on your face instead of a frown.
Watch some funny videos, listen to inspiring podcast, but don't watch a channel that is destroying your mind instead of filling it with valuable positive information that can only help you.

Remember* Your mind is like a sponge and any information we accept in our conscious mind, we tend to act in accordance with this fact* So make sure you only accept thoughts that are positive and cheerful.

Start Today

My advice is to start Now! Not tomorrow, next week, Thursday morning or Friday afternoon. Make the decision to watch more positive, educational and inspirational videos daily. You will be surprised how much great positive information is out there. Soon you will love to watch positive information and you local new channel will not exist in your household. By watching positive video, direct your mind in a postive direction. The key to any type of success is keeping a positive attitude.

Whether you acknowledge it or not, your life is dictated by what goes on in your conscious mind. Why do you think you have a brain? Didn't you realize that your favorite subject in school was the one you did the very best in. While other subject made you feel like school was a waste of time. Why is that? No Need to Hide Beautiful




This is for all my friends reading this article who have a tough time expressing themselves confidently. Its no mystery that public speaking is the number 1 fear in human beings. People associate talking in public as an equivalent to being physically attacked by a stranger mentally. When a person tries to step out of his or her's comfort zone, they tend to lose track of themselves and start to feel weak and inferior to the person or person's they are trying to communicate towards. But don't feel alone I had this fear before, and know how it feel to think as being inferior instead of superior.

As a Teacher I'm not the one to talk about my past, but i used to have a fear of rejection. It was a very deep fear. I used to walk around with n public with my jacket and hood on my head every day , where ever i would go out. I never smiled at people or even asking for directions. Long story short, wanted to overcome my fear of rejection so badly so I began to stretch my comfort zone.
I started off small with just saying hi / how are you dong to random people in the street. This lead to deep conversations with people didn't even know and slowly but surely began to make friends with in minutes.

So f you take anything from this post want you to go around you week smiling and saying hello to people. Some people wont respond and some will. Its not really about the responses, but the fact that your stretch you comfort zone and gradually you would have over came you fear.

Principle 1- Think of your self as a someone worthwhile- The only way you can take the physical leap of talking to people is to see yourself differently. See yourself n your mind as confident and in control of the situation. Visualize yourself making a friend, but only concentrate on the end result.

Principle 2- You Become what you think about
Remember as a human being you are worth while. You have probably great stories to tell. So go out and make some friends! Think in terms of being being a great conversationalist and watch how your brain response to these positive thoughts.

P.S - Is always great to learn how to think positive, when you have a person who loves to teach it.

Here's a list of objectives I want you guys to do this week that may make you love me more than I do currently.....

1. Give 10-50 dollars to charity
I think in and out of our pastime we have forgotten how amazing it feels to give. The feeling of giving is such a great positive emotion that it can keep us feeling and thinking positive for weeks. The fact that you are genuinely helping someone , who is in need of support will make a human being conform to tears. Have you ever seen " Extreme Home Makeover on ABC".
Haven't you ever noticed the way these guys, just help people who are i need of assistance? Have you seen the emotional atmosphere that is created when people are doing what GOD has place them us on this earth to do. " HELP each OTHER". When you give or help someone from a general stand point of sincerity, you feel great bout yourself! Just ask Oprah...
But to only way to actually make this worth while, is gvng to a charity that you feel needs your help. By just giving your money away to any 'ol establishment, you will miss the point of this activity. So find an organization you sincerely want to help and with bravery, go out and help! Now go out and show people
how to be positive.

2. Do something nice for someone
I suggest doing somethng, nce for someone who cannot pay you back. By dong this, this will bring you even closer to developing a positive attude. If you see a homeless person with no money. I suggest not gving him money. But offer to give him some old clothes, shoes, magazines, inspirational or education books, an actual meal, a place to stay if you have drectons to a shelter or even offer him or her your time. Time to help him get back on his feet with a bit of wisdom, you have.
Do this and Gurarantee, the postve energy will flow through you as a magic. You will feel so good that, this may become a hobbby for you or maybe you might open you own organization.
Who knows??? But i know that if you want to know hot to thnk positve, these are some of the way to bring out this natural human emotion.

You Need Me to Be Positive





.........So here we are, back for another positive mind session. Hope your ready because I'm here to teach you how to think positive. You may be asking yourself is developing a positive mental attitude really hard? Is it difficult to think of myself as a positive person, even thought have been negative all my life? The answer is NO. Its very simple just lend me you ear for a minute and ill show you how.

1. Evaluate the type of person you are- Think long and hard about, what ticks you off? What gets you going on a verbal rampage? What makes you start to think in a negative direction?

2. Now you know what gets you mad- Make a commitment right now that you will have mental self control. Tell your self that you will no longer, get mad over petty events. Make a solemn oath that you will start to, think good thoughts instead of hurtful ones.

3. Tell yourself- Speak to yourself and say " I like myself", "I am a calm person" and " I have self control. Say this throughout your entire day. Don't dread doing it, but say these words periodically. Plus feel as you you have conquered your impulse to react irrational instead of logical.

4. Remember this takes time-It took time for you to get that way you are now , so a 360 change is no different. Just keep calm and keep the faith.

Do You Like Yourself?





I want to know if you like yourself? I am asking this genuine question because the majority of people within our complex society never really ask themselves that question. Do i like myself?
Liking yourself is the key to high self esteem, high confidence and a healthy body. People who truly like themselves realize that they are valuable individuals that can be, have and do anything they set there mind to. Since they like themselves they don't waste there time dwelling in fear . but actually working toward there goals and always stretching there comfort zone because success starts feeling uncomfortable.

So how can you start to like yourself as a person and except who your are and become a high performance human begin. Start saying to yourself " I like myself". By saying this very powerful thought you end negative thinking and your mind starts to think in terms of good thoughts. This is a proven scientific fact that if you start to say " I like myself" continuously in your mind and out loud, you will start to change your programming from negative to positive. This is one of the powerful secrets of how to think positive.


I want you to ask yourself, do i like myself. And tell me if you don't what are you doing to change this, because you are special and deserve to be happy. But if you do, still comment on how to be positive each day you wake up on this glorious planet.

Your Subconscious is Greater Than You Think








I don't want to give you the text book edition of what is the subconscious mind, So I'm Not going to give you a quick excerpt of what the subconscious mind truly is because the mechanics is irrelevant. What is relevant is what great philosophers and speakers have said about the subconscious mind and the tips i will give you in order for you to create the reality you want thought the unexplainable power of the subconscious mind. You will truly understand how to think positive.

1. Start with 1 - 5 phrases.
I want you start small, because its easier to take things on bite by bite.
So create 5 affirmations that, will change who you are to who you want to become.
Take your time and find out what you really want to change about yourself, because this will
change who you are guaranteed.
Let me give you a few examples of affirmations to get you going "I am a money magnet, I am very attractive, I have a successful multi million dollar online business, i always grateful" etc.....

2. Repetition
Do this before you go to bed and after you wake up in the morning. Once you do this for at least 30 days watch yourself start acting in accordance with what you want to accomplish.

1. Never listen to what they say- When i mean they, i think you know who i am talking about. I am talking about the people who tell you that chasing your dream of success isn't worth the pampers on sale in Aile 5 in the grocery market. These people are individuals who tell you what you cannot achieve because they aren't doing anything with there lives that is productive. Understand , if they were successful themselves , Wouldn't they help you? Wouldn't they assist you? But the sad fact is there not.

The Average person thrives off the failure of people and friends and family member who are negative are no different. Remember, people don't like to see other people succeed, it's just the sad fact of life. There like crabs in a bucket, when your about to escape they are going to pull you down.

Principle 1: Keep you goal to yourself, If you start to tell people about your goal they will begin ask to many question about how, when ,where with who. And watch out, because dreams are for children...etc

2. Change your thoughts- When say change your thoughts, i really mean become a new person, because the on reason you are who you are now is because of the thought you are currently thinking.
So here a cool exercise you can do. Its simple , easy and fun. Write a script about the person you want to become, physically, and mentally. Make this script detailed as possible. You can include the type of work ethic you want to have, if you want to be a communicating genius etc. Read the script every morning and every night before bed and you will change subtly , that it will fascinate you.

3. Start to read Daily- The average American reads about 1 book a year, which is terrible. So if you want to start to move beyond the back and keep your mind positive , i suggest reading about 30 minutes a day in something educational, motivational and inspirational. By starting a daily habit of reading each day, you will being to learn more and have a different perspective on life.

Why Are You An Ungrateful Bastard?

I want this article to lead of into a nice discussion, so i want you guys to give me so aspects of your life that you feel grateful for having.
So let me go first. So even tho I teach people on how to be positive, we all have to deal with some daily events that may stress us out throughout the day, but keep that good attitude is essential to being happy.
So one thing that i would like to change is that i want to me more appreciative of the life that i currently have now. Do any of you guys feel this way?

I mean life is a total miracle which is filled with so much unknown and mystery. Life is filled with so much pain and pleasure. Stress and happiness. Love and hate. We seldom take the time to really sit back and be happy with who we are and where we are because it could be a lot worse.

For example instead of sitting on my chair with a cup of coffee writing , these articles i could be a impoverished homeless person, worrying if i am going to eat today. But I'm not. Instead I'm typing to you lovely people who continue to support me, my blog, email me private questions on your current life challenge and me thank you cards. I'm very appreciative for everyone who has been reading my blog daily on how to think positive and i this is your first time.....I thank you also


So how about you guys,what are you grateful for?

Secrets To Living Positive Today


Realize that there are no real secret to living a positive life. Its fairly simple, easy and consists of logical elements that produce a positive mind. It takes no real high level of IQ , no PH.D from Harvard or Masters from Yale, to understand how to think positive. Here below are just few tips that can help you reach a level of greatness.

1. Seek to find a reason for living - A reason for living, I mean a deep desire to accomplish something with in your lifetime, is a phenomenal reason to keep you mind directed in a positive state when the task seem to get tough. A lot of people feel as thought life is just one accident after another, with out any breaks. But the contrary is true, for those who have a deep meaningful reason to live there life and accomplish prime goals. These people feel that follow their dream or long term goal, live a life filled with high energy and enthusiasm and energy long before it came into existence. Your desire has to be so deep that giving up is not an option, and when you have made that commitment to your self, nothing can stop you!

2. Talk to Positive people- When things get rough on your path to success, I don't recommended talking to an individual who is going to talk you out of your goal or even say one thing that is negative, while you are in this fragile state of dis pare! You have to talk to a person who has goals themselves and want you to succeed also so that during those hard times, you can feel up lifted and positive from talking to that individual! You want to talk to a person who will build up your self esteem and not say one word that will discourage you from success!
So if you don't have that person in your life right now...GO GET THEM!

3. Have Fun- The final lesson I have learned is to have fun with you goals. Make sure you don't put any pressure on yourself, because this will make you feel very depressed when stumble at times. So Have fun and enjoy the process of success. Because if the journey wasn't fun then it wasn't worth it!

I ask YOU this question because a lot of people now a days are wondering who they are and analyzing themselves. People are looking for a deeper understanding of how they came about and why they are they way they are. Whether their irrational, gloomy , hateful or just angry of situations that has happened to day or a memory from a pastime.
I want to let you know that you are choosing to be that person, as you think and feel this way. Remember the saying* You become what you think about*. So maybe as you read this article your wondering how to think positive when your in a mental state of hazardous and caution signs. Here is my advice.....

1. Go watch a movie that will make you smile.
It could something from you child hood or even a recent movie that came out in the movie theaters, but do something to change your mood.

2. Read positive quotes. Below is link to a website that is filled with positive words that will start to put some good thoughts into your life....no charge.

3. Look at some positive graphic which will allow you to understand how to think positive. Pictures are one of the most easiest ways to start to change your mind from negative to positive within seconds

4. Start the daily routine of talking to yourself in a positive way. Whether you say... "hey i am amazing or i love my self". Take gradual steps in order for you to start to feel great about yourself. Its a marathon, not a sprint!.

You Need To Use Affirmations!





I know, i know i know, you've hear this all before, like algebra in the 3rd grade. Use affirmations in the morning and at night to change your mind state. Well Im going to let you in on a little secret...THEY DON'T WORK........No, Im kiddding , they do. But you have to use them in this order of conent and matter.

The key to affirmations is the feeling behind the words that you use. I doesn't matter whether you say "i love to each Chinese food" or "I love when my boyfriend cheats on me". As long as you have strong feelings behind those words, then soon it will become your eality and then you will be like......Ummmmmmm I knew he was going to cheat on me. Or i knew i was going to eat Chinese again. So i here is a good exercise.

Write down about as many affirmations as you want to " dont do more than 20". Make them present tense " I am, I earn, I make , I enable,Ii achieve, I have grown, etc. While you do the affirmations, feel as if you have already acquired them . Pretend your a kid again, where you acted as if barbie and ken were really dating, ad in the night time ken sneaked a few pumps in......

Then Read each affirmation a few times each morning and night before you hope into bed. Remember the first and last 30 minutes of the da when you wake up and go to bed are when your subconscious is more immeasurable to changes.

Now here comes the part where most people fail! Do this for 30 days. And if you don't want to realize that its easier than those days in high school, where we all hated the popular kids, who thought they ran things. So this process is a cinch.
Well while you do this transformation, you will see things happen to you pertaining to your goal, that you have never seen before, whether its success , love or even joy. But you must continue the 30 day cycle...to keep it impressed in your mind fully. Remember you are in this position to learn how to think positive.

Why Listen To Me?








To be fairly honest, you don't have to read my post or listen to the priceless advice, methods, tools and techniques i am about to bestow upon you. My fellow human beings. Because, "you will learn this too", but Not everyone is made to handle the steps it takes to understand how to think positive.

To be honest, by reading this post i consider you yo be a rare breed. Cut from a different cloth. A doer of life instead of a victim of it.
Don't get me wrong everyone on this planet has the capability to learn how to think positive, but not all are willing to take that mental transition from being negative to positive, even though its like anything else. It takes practice and in the end the risk is worth every Penny!






For example: If i wanted to learn how to pick up women. Or pick up guys " if i was a female, IM NOT", just wanted to make that clear. It doesn't matter how much I tell you self that I can do it. If you don' t take mental action and physical action in terms of communication, then I wont achieve my goal!. Plain and simple. I have to expect the best and than approach that situation with the same attitude.

So here the principle, Are you ready?: Just by taking action you can change your whole life and perspective on how something may perceive difficult at first , but then easy once you do it a few times, it will become easy.. So if you want to think positive, just try it out.
