Do You Want to Change Your Life? 3 Priceless Tips

Here are some useful tips on how to change your thinking and let go of fear.

1. Make a decision- All worry comes from indecision. If your undecided about an issue that is causing you stress, here is a Tip. Pick 1 and Expect the best " Plain and Simple" If you make a conscious decision to make the best out of the path you chose, the worry disappears. Once the declaration is made, the initial reaction is feeling good and content with the path you have chosen. No longer do you feel an internal sense of distress and emotional discomfort. So if you have a choice to go to college in the Fall and haven't picked a school. Here an exercise you can do, that will end worry instantly. Get a paper and Pen. Place the pro's and con's of each school. Make a decision on which school to go to and expect to have the greatest time of your life. its very easy, make the decision, thing carefully and expect the best.
Now if you have a decision to either do the dishes or watch t.v, do the same thing "Pick 1". At least you wont be stressing yourself mentally.

2. Expect the Best- It's the attitude of an individual that determines the extent of a persons life. By going into a situation with a great attitude, an individual tends to feel great, perform greatly and have the phenomenal experience. Like many philosophers, authors and motivational speakers have said in the past. The word is Attitude. As long as you keep your attitude cheerful and expectant. You will have great experiences, that will keep you smiling and expecting the best in any situation. You will start you evolve your brain in the right direction.This attitude of positive expectancy , isn't something that happens over night, it takes time. Everything does. But by keeping your mind focused on a positive end result, there is no way it cannot occur. And so is the opposite.

3. You become what you think about- What separates us from animals? Well its our thoughts. Our ability to think and in a sense create our own realty distinguishes us any animal on the face of this planet. We are superior in the sense that we can become anything we want. We can believe anything we want. We can in essence be everything we are not and want to become.

How?

Start to change your thinking. Understand that you must learn how the think positive. Stop any negative thoughts that consume your mind at this moment.Take control of your mind. Whether you acknowledge it or not, your life is dictated by what goes on in your conscious mind. Why do you think you have a brain? Didn't you realize that your favorite subject in school was the one you did the very best in. While other subject made you feel like school was a waste of time. Why is that? Well it's because you approached the subject with a different attitude. My advice is to do this for everything in your life and you will see how much of a miracle life truely is.

4. Action- Use these tips in areas of your life that really make you feel like as if your experiencing an eternal holocaust. If you have a desire tos pursue your dream. Don't sit there worrying about the possible failures. Go out and make it happen. Keep that atttude positive and expect to reap what you sow. The more you sow...the more you reap.
