Effortless Way To Think Posiitve For Dummies























“Fear less, hope more; Eat less, chew more;
Whine less, breathe more; Talk less, say more;
Love more, and all good things will be yours”

Its more effective to work harder on your self than at your job. Construct your mind by organizing positive thoughts constantly compounded by persistence leads to the inevitable positive mind. Imagine your negativity thoughts represented by dirt within a clear glass. Above the cup is a faucet ready to pour pure h20 into the glass. As the faucet turns water begins to flow into the cup as the dirt mixes in to the water like a apple martini at your favorite lounge. (smile) The more water runs inside the cup the higher the dirt rises until inevitably the substance begins to seep from the top of the cylinder. As water flourishes with more potency the dirt is completely dissolved from the cup. This same idea is implemented into developing a positive mindset. Consistency and persistence is the best tactic to remove the dirt within your cerebrum. The battle may be a fierce one, as your old programming may want to stay longer inside the evicted apartment. But as the landlord of your mind no longer can you stand for non paying tenants. Use this ideas by consistently putting the good stuff in, in order to get the good stuff out.

Here are a couple tactics you can use to destroy your negative personality for an attitude shift.

1. Self Education
Don't get it twisted but education doesn't end in the class room.It never ends to be fairly honest. The great know this and since im guess you want to be great don't forget it. It donesn't take much to dedicated 15- 30 minutes a day reading in literature containing information of a positive nature. To be honest its one of the simplest things you can do creating a positive mindset. If you want to learn how to think positive begin today by reading thoughts written by human beings who have more to say than an antidepressant commercial on daytime television.

2.( elimS) Reverse :)
Walking down the street looking as if you got mugged by 3 truck stop driver is the usually facial expression from the masses i see each day. May be different from you, but i highly doubt it. Smiling is the easiest activity you can do which lightens up your mood instantly. Yet, it's the hardest thing to get people to do. Most people smile when there alarm doesn't wake them up for school or if their boss doesn't show up today. This type of happiness is a delusion state of mind feed off selfishness. Your boss not showing up shouldn't create a sense of happiness because he or she should never dictate how you feel on the inside. Your thoughts which are controlled by you are the only elements controlling your emotions. Today, please put away your dumb ass frown replacing it with a smile only a mother could love.

  1. Smiling is one of the easiest (cheapest) things we can do to alleviate our own moods and the ones of those around us. It's scientifically proven that when we smile, we release chemicals in our mind and body that actually make us think we're happy, and then that gets fed back to our body through more chemicals (gotta love a feedback loop) and in a couple minutes of smiling - if forced initially - we ARE happy! It's the ol' fake it 'til you make it, and I love that it works!
